This is a standard text with a few important things. Yes, all of it in our terms and conditions above, but who’s really reading that? You should do that, because they do apply! To make it easier for you here in short the most important things to know:
– A rental day officially starts at 10:00 AM of the rental date until 9:00 AM the day after unless agreed on differently beforehand. However, we are super flexible in working around those times to make things easier for you and ourselves as long as our planning allows it. But just don’t assume having the van outside those times without communicating.
– Diesel: full tank at pick-up, full tank at drop-off. In case you drop-off the van with no full tank of diesel, we charge the full diesel costs plus VAT.
– Environment, this van has a modern diesel engine which is allowed access in all cities. But, in some cities you need an environmental record. The van is already registered for France, Germany, Brussels, Gent and London (not the inner city Congestion Charge). For other cities you are responsible for the correct registrations.
– AdBlue: Moderns diesel engines use AdBlue, the van won’t run without this stuff! So make sure to fill the designated AdBlue tank if the van asks you to. You can buy AdBlue at the larger petrol stations. The costs are on us.
– You’ll get the invoice afterwards, unless otherwise agreed on. Normally just the rental price as discussed, no surprises, except in case of damage, fines or diesel. For fines we charge €15,- ex VAT administration costs.
– The van is fully insured with a deductible of €1000,- per damage case below the height of 2m; higher than 2m there is an higher deductible amount of €5000,-
– In case of damage or defects, whoever’s fault it is, please let us know asap, preferably with pictures and fill out a claim form. Same goes for little broken things, malfunctions or warning lights in the dashboard. In case you keep driving with a defect/damage to the van, you are fully liable for defects/damages arising from this.
– Roadside assistance: This van has an Autocrew roadside assistance pass, you’ll find the phone number on the keychain. Please always first try to call us in case of trouble. Whoever’s fault it is, we’ll try to get you on the road asap.
Dit is een standaard tekstje met een aantal belangrijke zaken. Ja, alles staat ook in onze Algemene Voorwaarden hierboven, maar wie leest dat nou echt allemaal? Zou je wel moeten doen, want die gelden wel! Maar voor jullie gemak de belangrijkste dingen op een rijtje:
– Huurdag: Officieel van 10:00 (huurdatum) t/m 9:00 (dag na huurdatum), tenzij anders afgesproken. Wij gaan hier super flexibel mee om als onze agenda het toelaat, maar ga dus nooit blindelings uit van tijden daarbuiten.
– Diesel: volle tank heen, volle tank terug. Indien niet afgetankt worden de volledige kosten + btw doorberekend.
– AdBlue: de kosten hiervoor zijn voor ons. Mocht de bus een melding geven dat de AdBlue leeg is, vul bij, en stuur ons een foto van de bon, dan verrekenen we de kosten. Rij nooit de AdBlue tank leeg! Dan sta je stil.
– Milieu, de bus heeft een moderne dieselmotor die alle steden in mag. Let op, in sommige steden heb je wel een milieuregistratie nodig. De bus is al geregistreerd voor Frankrijk, Duitsland, Brussel, Gent en Londen (uitgezonderd van de inner city Congestion Charge), andere steden zijn op eigen verantwoordelijkheid.
– Facturatie gaat achteraf. We hopen alleen het huurbedrag te factureren, geen boetes, schades of brandstof. Voor de afhandeling van boetes rekenen wij €15,- ex btw.
– De bussen zijn allrisk en inzittenden verzekerd. Eigen risico is €1000,- per schadegeval onder de 2m; boven de 2m geldt een verhoogd eigen risico van maximaal €5000,-
– In geval van schade of gebreken, wie zijn schuld het ook is, vul een schadeformulier in, maak foto’s en laat het ons zo snel mogelijk weten. Ook in het geval van kleine defecten aan de auto en brandende waarschuwingslampjes, laat het ons weten! Rij je door met een defect aan de bus, dan ben je volledig aansprakelijk voor alle defecten/schades die hieruit voortvloeien.
– Pechhulp: de bussen hebben een Autocrew Pechhulp abonnement, telefoonnummer vind je op de sleutelhanger. Altijd eerst ons bellen indien je autopech hebt. Of het nu jullie schuld is of niet, wij proberen jullie altijd zo snel mogelijk weer on the road te krijgen.
